Key Responsibilities

  • •Own one or more interconnected problem areas in Lot Operations Modernization, from labor visibility and vehicle move efficiency to planning gaps and standards across the auction network.
  • •Lead end-to-end discovery by researching, engaging field users, validating whether problems are real/relevant, and translating outcomes into strategy.
  • •Translate validated problems into specifications, resolve ambiguity, and help define a 6–9 month roadmap while building business cases and investment documents.
  • •Define and monitor KPIs using Pendo, operational data, and field research; partner with engineering, UX, and data/analytics to prototype, test, and validate solutions.
  • •Mentor other Product Managers, represent the product area in PI planning and Inspect/Adapt, communicate progress/risk/tradeoffs to Director/VP stakeholders, and champion AI-accelerated discovery and development.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6 years of experience; or a master’s degree and 4 years; or a Ph.D. and 1 year; or 18 years with no degree.
  • •Proven track record leading discovery independently and turning it into a fundable business case.
  • •Skilled at managing multiple priorities and translating ambiguous, operationally complex problems into clear requirements.
  • •Experience coaching or mentoring other product managers.
  • •Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology and PI planning, and authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
