Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Use FEA software to perform structural simulation analysis including statics, dynamics, vibration, seismic, and fatigue.
•Identify potential risks in structural design and propose design improvement solutions based on analysis results.
•Write FEA reports that clearly present the analysis process and results evaluation.
•Participate in product testing to verify the accuracy of simulation results.
•Stay current on and continuously learn the latest FEA techniques and tools to improve skills.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
•Proficient with at least one FEA software such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or HyperWorks.
•Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
•Able to actively contribute and collaborate in a team environment.
•Strong communication skills in written and spoken English and Mandarin, including effective meeting participation.
