•Review Social Listening mentions tied to known events and topics while identifying new trends and risks.
•Build case documents capturing risk signals, impacts, and related resources (e.g., news and social media).
•Assess whether signals are net-new or connected to previous cases, conduct RCA, and support handover and activation when high-risk events occur.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Information Security, Crisis Management, Public Affairs, Public Policy, or a related field.
•Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
•Strong organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
•Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
