Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the PMC organization through feasibility, FEED validation, EPC execution, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, performance testing, and handover.
  • •Serve as the primary interface between the Owner and EPC contractors; establish governance frameworks and reporting structures.
  • •Oversee EPC contractor delivery against schedule, budget, technical requirements, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
  • •Own cost and commercial management, including project controls, forecasting, change management, and review of claims/variation requests.
  • •Lead schedule management and engineering/construction/commissioning assurance, including readiness assessments and driving recovery actions when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent.
  • •Master's degree preferred.
  • •Minimum 20 years of major project experience.
  • •Minimum 10 years in senior project leadership roles.
  • •Proven experience delivering large-scale metallurgical or mining processing facilities, including work in PMC/Owner’s Engineer/program management environments in Asia-Pacific projects.
