Networking Managed Services Engineer (L2)

Maintain clients’ IT infrastructure in a managed services environment by monitoring systems and responding to technical incidents. Work to resolve issues and help keep services stable and reliable. Bring a networking-focused skill set, including experience with Pulse Secure SSL VPN and Palo Alto technologies. You’ll also need strong planning abilities and a client-centric communication style to coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
