Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, execute, and sustain facility expansion and infrastructure projects, including feasibility studies, design, procurement, construction management, and commissioning/handover.
  • •Develop project schedules, budgets, risk mitigation plans, and execution strategies while delivering on Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) metrics.
  • •Drive facilities and utilities reliability and optimization across building systems, DG sets, compressors, HVAC/chillers, water supply, STP/ETP, fire systems, and industrial gases/utility networks.
  • •Develop and implement world-class maintenance programs (preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered), improve equipment reliability, and lead maintenance planning and shutdown management.
  • •Champion safety and statutory compliance, manage contractor safety programs, and apply PDCA plus digitalization initiatives for smart facilities and predictive maintenance solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •10–15 years’ experience in facility engineering, plant engineering, industrial infrastructure projects, and maintenance management.
  • •Significant exposure to EPC project execution and facility/utility systems management.
  • •Working knowledge of statutory compliance (e.g., Factories Act, Gujarat Factory Rules, fire NOC, pollution and environmental regulations).
  • •Preferred certifications: PMP, Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), and Lean Six Sigma; Master’s/MBA preferred.
