Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers in managing an assigned commercial real estate portfolio.
  • •Perform accurate spreading of borrower financial statements and prepare quarterly trend analyses, monitoring reports, and covenant compliance testing.
  • •Analyze borrower financials, property cash flows, collateral valuation, sponsor strength, covenant sensitivities, and market conditions for credit decisions.
