Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow standard operating instructions across receiving, batching, production floor, loadout, and related operator areas, including required flushing procedures and record keeping.
  • •Operate equipment and tools used in the mill (including computer systems, grinders, and forklift) across all areas.
  • •Prepare and maintain shift activity and production-related reports, including sampling, bag dump reports, and reconciliations.
  • •Regulate flow of materials and monitor to ensure specified products are produced; maintain daily feed, bulk, and micro-ingredient inventory.
  • •Maintain safety, housekeeping, and compliance with environmental laws and ISO 22000 Feed Safety and Quality, reporting environmental issues immediately as required.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.75 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • •Ability to read and understand safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • •Ability to recognize critical areas of the mill control feed/ingredient system.
  • •Ability to read and speak English.
  • •Must be able to work average 50-hour weeks, including night, holiday, and weekend when required.
