Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead an electrical engineering team creating hardware solutions for vehicle management, DSP, and networking.
  • •Develop and improve FPGA/HDL design workflows across architecture, functional block definition, simulation, system testing, and HDL library standardization.
  • •Independently review high-speed digital and compute-based designs.
  • •Oversee the full PCB development cycle for host boards for FPGAs/SoCs/SoMs, including requirements, schematic capture, board layout, bring-up, test, and integration.
  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to set strategy for delivering hardware and IP core solutions, and manage detailed product development schedules.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 255,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • •7+ years designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex board designs in military, automotive, or similar hardware.
  • •Experience leading an Electrical Engineering team focused on Digital Design.
  • •Proficiency in an HDL language (VHDL, Verilog).
  • •Familiarity with standard interfaces (Ethernet, CAN, I2C, SPI, PCIe, USB) and design for signal/power integrity.
