Universal Banker

Provide quality customer service while processing daily retail banking transactions and opening deposit accounts. Use consultative conversations to identify customer needs, recommend products, and cross-sell through referrals to bank partners. Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects and support loan application intake. Resolve customer inquiries, maintain compliance with bank policies and the code of ethics, and assist banking center associates with daily operations and on-the-job training.
