Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing

Develop and execute enterprise-wide sourcing and category strategies for indirect spend categories, partnering with business leaders to improve standardization, operational efficiency, and long-term supplier relationships. Lead supplier negotiations and end-to-end sourcing events (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, evaluations, and awards), analyze spend and market trends for cost optimization, and manage supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, and continuous improvement. Operate in a hybrid environment and provide category intelligence to support budgeting and forecasting.
