South Europe After Sales Internship (Maranello)

Support the Ferrari South Europe After Sales team by creating reports to monitor after-sales KPIs and analyzing results to improve customer satisfaction and service quality. Help track vehicle repair times and maintain incident databases, while supporting the dealer network on after-sales topics. Assist forecasting activities to identify underperforming dealerships across Italy and other Southern European markets, working with guidance from After Sales Managers.
