Job Summary

Lead highway design projects in India, overseeing technical delivery and QA/QC, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring engineers. Manage multiple highway design tasks (alignments, geometrics, staging, utilities, safety) using Civil 3D/OpenRoads/InRoads/MicroStation, CAD and MS Office to meet milestones and client needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare technical analysis and design; including cost estimating, quantity calculations, etc
•Prepare and review drawings and presentation materials;
•Manage contract specifications and documentation;
•Coordinate with discipline team members,
•Other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or post graduate degree in Civil Engineering
•10-15 years postgraduate experience with a consultancy or developer
•Experience with highway/freeway design (alignments, geometrics, staging, utilities, roadside safety, contract specifications/documents, quantities, constructability)
•Strong abilities with software packages (Civil 3D, OpenRoads, InRoads a plus, Microstation, CAD, Microsoft Office)
•Experience with technical writing, minute preparation, etc.
