Sales Lead, HOKA

Serve as Manager on Duty for the HOKA retail store shift, driving sales and service KPIs while motivating the team to achieve store goals. Create personalized, product-knowledge-led shopping experiences, ensure customers’ questions are answered accurately, and maintain an energetic, optimistic service culture. Manage store opening/closing, cash register operations, daily inventory checks, and brand-standard merchandising, while partnering with store management to deliver an excellent customer journey.
