  • •Lead, plan, and coordinate daily operations of Hamersley Station, including supervising and developing station employees.
  • •Plan and execute mustering, processing, livestock movements, and sales while overseeing herd health, animal welfare, and livestock performance.
  • •Manage grazing and stocking decisions based on seasonal conditions, available feed and water, land condition, and country capability.
  • •Lead a strong safety culture by understanding and managing risks and encouraging people to speak up.

  • •Demonstrated experience leading pastoral, rural, livestock, or comparable land-based operations.
  • •Set high standards for safety, animal welfare, and land stewardship, with knowledge of grazing management and seasonal stocking decisions.

  • •Plan, prioritise, and make practical decisions in a remote operating environment using sound judgement.
