Key Responsibilities

•Deliver a strong client experience by engaging with clients in-person and over the phone and providing customized financial wellness guidance.
•Achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while attaining sales and referral targets through appointments and quality conversations.
•Open personal and business accounts and recommend solutions, including deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire clients and deepen existing relationships.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documenting client interactions and supporting teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•1+ years experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources; sales experience is more important than financial services experience.
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Working knowledge of PCs and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.).
•Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
