Machine Learning Engineer

Develop and optimize deep learning models for defect detection and segmentation using high-resolution images and 3D sensor inputs. Build automated data and training pipelines, then deploy and maintain production-ready ML systems across edge devices and cloud to support real-time decisions. Collaborate with software, robotics, and hardware teams, monitor model drift and reliability, and build evaluation and interpretability tools using A/B testing and XAI for continuous quality improvements.
