Key Responsibilities

•Provide ownership and execution oversight for industrial discharge water, stormwater, and waste compliance programs.
•Serve as primary owner for compliance programs including TPDES, MSGP, SWPPP, and SPCC, ensuring permit condition compliance through sampling and monitoring oversight.
•Manage Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs), Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) testing, and associated regulatory submittals.
•Lead investigations and corrective actions with documentation for permit exceedances or compliance issues.
•Coordinate inspections and environmental permitting, act as company representative during agency inspections, and maintain audit-ready compliance records.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 82,000 - 122,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in environmental, natural science, or engineering preferred, or a combination of formal education and relevant experience.
•Typically attained through 3-5 years of related experience in environmental compliance.
•Knowledge of state and federal environmental regulations and their applicability to operations.
•Ability to analyze, research, and prepare permit applications, logs, reports, and agency correspondence.
•Ability to evaluate and interpret regulations and guidance with attention to detail and strong communication skills.
