Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide ownership and execution oversight for industrial discharge water, stormwater, and waste compliance programs.
  • •Serve as primary owner for compliance programs including TPDES, MSGP, SWPPP, and SPCC, ensuring permit condition compliance through sampling and monitoring oversight.
  • •Manage Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs), Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) testing, and associated regulatory submittals.
  • •Lead investigations and corrective actions with documentation for permit exceedances or compliance issues.
  • •Coordinate inspections and environmental permitting, act as company representative during agency inspections, and maintain audit-ready compliance records.
