Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage with complex customers to help achieve unified platform goals for the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
  • •Develop and execute customer engagement strategies in partnership with Account Executives and Solutions Architects in assigned accounts.
  • •Coach core account teams and peers on positioning, adoption strategies, and execution to meet outcomes in a defined timeline.
  • •Influence stakeholders at all levels through complex engagements with cloud ecosystem partners and 3rd-party applications.
  • •Create customer-facing collateral and lead workshops, seminars, and meet-ups to drive technical community engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •Engage in complex customer interactions and the technical pre-sales sales lifecycle.
  • •Technical background in data engineering, data warehousing, or ML/AI, with experience supporting data analytics architecture and adoption.
  • •Prior coding experience in a core programming language (Python or SQL) and willingness to learn Spark basics.
  • •Hands-on experience delivering complex proofs of concept on public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and Google).
  • •Ability to influence executives and decision-makers through relationships and orchestrating teams to deliver long-term customer outcomes.
