•Lead analysis of digital customer journeys across acquisition, engagement, and conversion funnels to identify optimization opportunities and influence business performance.
•Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Web, Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Business Intelligence, and agency teams to define KPIs, measurement strategies, and success metrics for digital initiatives.
•Support and evolve first-party data strategies, lead tracking, and digital measurement frameworks to improve visibility into customer behavior and marketing performance.
•Deliver strategic insights and recommendations related to website performance, conversion behavior, customer engagement, and digital experience optimization.
•Support experimentation and testing initiatives across landing pages, chatbot experiences, messaging, and digital optimization programs.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, web analytics, or related analytical roles with increasing strategic scope and business influence.
•Deep experience with web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar enterprise analytics tools.
•Strong experience analyzing digital funnels, customer journeys, lead behavior, and conversion performance within B2B SaaS or digital-first environments.
•Proficiency in AI, SQL, Excel, and BI/reporting platforms with the ability to independently analyze and synthesize large datasets.
•Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
