Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with consumer and business customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. Key Responsibilities

•Build and foster customer relationships through proactive outreach and follow up across multiple channels.
•Assess banking needs, obtain and process customer and account information, and recommend appropriate deposit and loan solutions.
•Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital products.
•Provide consistent client experiences, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
•Open new accounts, complete service requests, submit credit applications, and educate clients on emerging digital and self-service options.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.

•Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
•Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies, and making recommendations that meet customer needs.
