Job Summary

Join the Data Team to turn complex clinical and product data into actionable insights. You’ll build and maintain data pipelines and dashboards, implement AI-powered workflows, and run exploratory and product-performance analyses. Define and build monitoring tools for key KPIs, visualize insights clearly for decision-making, and support roadmap planning by identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities while collaborating with product, medical, and engineering partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain data pipelines and dashboards to improve data visibility and reporting in production environments
•Implement AI-powered workflows for internal and external uses
•Collaborate with product, medical, and engineering teams to turn data into insights and recommendations
•Conduct exploratory analysis to identify opportunities for new features, model impact, and drive performance improvements
•Define, measure, and build monitoring tools for key KPIs; visualize insights and support roadmap planning

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of experience as a data analyst/researcher or academic research experience in an analytical field
•Strong SQL and Python skills, including at least 2 years using data analysis libraries
•Experience with dbt and data modeling in production environments
•Familiarity with AI-powered workflows and tools for data analysis and research
•Big data analytics experience handling heavy data queries in an optimized environment
