Job Summary

Provides nursing care to a select group of patients and families in accordance with the QCHP Nursing/Midwifery Competency Framework, performing nursing duties, assessments, and procedures under supervision. Delivers safe, compliant care, administers medications, conducts immunizations and venipuncture, and collaborates with the care team to meet regulatory standards and patient needs in a Qatar-based facility.

Key Responsibilities

•Identifies outcomes regarding patient care delivery and timely care.
•Plans patient care based on assessment and validates by peers; initiates emergency procedures when indicated.
•Provides direct and indirect care, including administration of medications and therapeutic agents.
•Performs skin tests, immunizations, phlebotomy, and initiation of peripheral venous access.
•Maintains patient safety, documentation, and effective coordination with health care teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Nursing (minimum 3 years of experience preferred).
•Minimum 3 years of nursing experience required; GCC experience preferred.
•Knowledge of Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP) Nursing/Midwifery Competency Framework and Scope of Practice.
•Ability to perform basic assessments, administer medications, immunizations, phlebotomy, and IV access with patient safety in mind.
•Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams and strong patient-centred care skills.
