Job Summary

Design responsive mobile and desktop e-commerce experiences, turning customer insights into UX solutions from brief through launch. Key Responsibilities

•Execute and support UX and digital product design for responsive e-commerce experiences across mobile and desktop.
•Manage design tasks from brief through launch, creating sketches, user flows, wireframes, and final design specs, with user research and QA support.
•Identify and solve design problems by translating customer insights and feedback into design solutions that improve the shopping journey.
•Support building and updating digital experiences in partnership with engineering and product using Shopify and ecommerce/CMS tools to match design intent.
•Set up, QA, launch, and iterate on A/B tests and other digital experiments based on designs, using customer insights, analytics, and test results.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 4 years of digital product/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of responsive web experiences across mobile and desktop.
•Experience designing for consumer brands or retail, with conversion-focused, customer-journey-driven experiences.
•Strong skills with design tools such as Figma and the ability to create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, design specs, and polished UI.
•Experience using analytics, research, customer feedback, and/or A/B testing to inform design decisions.
•Enthusiasm for AI-powered design tools (e.g., Figma AI plugins, generative layout assistants) and ability to use LLMs to synthesize research and testing data into UX action items.
