Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute category management plans for technology spend to achieve cost savings, risk mitigation, and performance targets
  • •Lead end-to-end sourcing events (RFP, RFI, RFQ) using procurement orchestration platforms to ensure repeatable and auditable processes
  • •Negotiate complex contracts for software subscriptions, cloud services, and technology services using AI-assisted contract analysis
  • •Establish cross-functional stakeholder teams and define business requirements with Finance, IT, Security, and department heads
  • •Monitor supplier performance, conduct quarterly business reviews, and maintain dashboards tracking spend, savings, contract renewals, and KPIs

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management, with a focus on technology or SaaS sourcing
  • •Experience negotiating technology subscription renewals and new software/cloud service agreements
  • •BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
  • •Experience with eSourcing tools, spend analytics platforms, Excel, and data visualization fundamentals
  • •Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to support contract analysis with discernment
