Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on construction sites or in facilities, ensuring compliance with specifications, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Manage and mentor a team of electricians and technicians, providing guidance and support to complete work efficiently and safely.
  • •Develop and implement work schedules, task assignments, and project timelines, coordinating with other trades and project managers to deliver electrical work within budget constraints.
  • •Perform quality inspections and audits of electrical installations and equipment, identify deficiencies or deviations, and implement corrective actions.
  • •Coordinate procurement, storage, and inventory management of electrical materials and equipment; maintain work orders, inspection/test reports, and maintenance logs while supporting HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of working experience with 3 years of relevant electrical experience in MEP operations.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems, components, and equipment (wiring, circuits, transformers, switchgear, control panels).
  • •Knowledge of building codes, electrical regulations, and industry standards for safety, quality, and performance.
  • •Ability to interpret technical drawings/blueprints/schematics and coordinate electrical installations.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, to support successful delivery.
