Lead Software Engineer

Build backend and full-stack capabilities for a next-generation Decision Management Platform that scores and approves billions of payment transactions in real time. Own technical areas end to end—design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support—while shaping architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, and using design/code reviews to improve quality. Partner with product and senior stakeholders to deliver reliable APIs, workflow tools, and user-facing experiences.
