Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive AI and Innovation strategy aligned to business objectives, identifying and prioritizing AI/emerging tech use cases.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams to design, pilot, and scale AI-powered solutions, operationalizing AI models responsibly.
  • •Build and own an agent ecosystem, ensuring agents work together end-to-end and improve using delivery data.
  • •Design automation workflows by turning business logic into working tools and building data/feedback loops to improve estimates and margins.
  • •Establish responsible AI governance frameworks, track ROI/adoption metrics, present executive roadmaps/business cases, and mentor a team.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of technology strategy, innovation, or AI/ML delivery experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • •Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, and enterprise technology architecture.
  • •Proven track record leading cross-functional innovation programs and driving adoption of new technologies at scale.
  • •Hands-on experience with large language models, agentic frameworks, ML Ops, and traditional AI/ML delivery.
  • •Expertise in AI system governance (privacy, data integrity, observability, cost management) and enterprise AI/ML platforms.
