Key Responsibilities

  • •Onboard and activate new affiliates and partners, ensuring all documentation, compliance requirements, and system setups are completed on time
  • •Coordinate partner enablement activities, including training sessions, access to tools and marketing resources, and ongoing operational support
  • •Maintain accurate partner records and updates across platforms and internal systems to ensure data integrity and operational excellence
  • •Monitor partner and lead lifecycle performance, proactively identifying issues, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement
  • •Track, maintain, and analyse key partnership performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to support business reviews and data-driven decision making

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in payments, fintech, partnerships, operations, customer success, or related roles
  • •Strong proficiency in English, French OR German (written and spoken) is required
  • •Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and reporting tools, with the ability to analyze data and drive operational insights
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners
  • •Ability to work independently, take ownership of key initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment
