Job Summary

As a Partner Development Representative, you’ll support Payoneer’s Affiliates & Partnerships program by onboarding and enabling partners, coordinating training and tools, maintaining accurate partner data, monitoring lifecycle performance, and producing dashboards to drive data-driven decision making in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Onboard and activate new affiliates and partners, ensuring all documentation, compliance requirements, and system setups are completed on time
•Coordinate partner enablement activities, including training sessions, access to tools and marketing resources, and ongoing operational support
•Maintain accurate partner records and updates across platforms and internal systems to ensure data integrity and operational excellence
•Monitor partner and lead lifecycle performance, proactively identifying issues, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement
•Track, maintain, and analyse key partnership performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to support business reviews and data-driven decision making

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in payments, fintech, partnerships, operations, customer success, or related roles
•Strong proficiency in English, French OR German (written and spoken) is required
•Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and reporting tools, with the ability to analyze data and drive operational insights
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners
•Ability to work independently, take ownership of key initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment
