Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive adoption and compliance of CTI scheduling standards, governance requirements, and best practices across all sites.
  • •Partner with schedule managers and project controls teams to improve schedule quality, milestone predictability, critical path management, and risk visibility.
  • •Lead governance processes for program alignment, decision-making, change management, and execution readiness across the CTI portfolio.
  • •Develop and continuously improve Construction Management Policies (CMPs), SOPs, playbooks, and governance documentation, including document control practices.
  • •Translate program schedule and analytics data into actionable executive recommendations, including performance metrics/OKRs and documentation of schedule assumptions, risks, changes, and decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • •1+ years of experience in program management, project controls, scheduling, construction management, operational excellence, process governance, or related disciplines.
  • •Experience supporting large-scale construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, or capital project programs.
