Senior Manager – Programme Management (Airfield infrastructure projects)

Lead the full lifecycle of airfield infrastructure projects, from initial brief and business case through operational handover. Ensure Dubai Airports’ governance, project controls, reporting timelines, and delivery governance are consistently applied to maintain quality and assurance. Own project requirements, planning, schedules, budgets, and risk/issue registers, and coordinate with internal design, research, SMEs, and external suppliers to drive approvals, audits, and stakeholder alignment in live operational areas.
