Job Summary

Join the newly established AI Accelerator team and help shape WSP’s global digital strategy. You’ll collaborate with experts across WSP UK and Ireland to design and build prototype AI solutions that tackle real-world challenges, then transition successful prototypes into full-scale deployments. Working within Data & Decision Science and Transformation and Digital Insights, you’ll deliver bespoke AI solutions in Azure for internal stakeholders and consultancy/client teams across multiple market sectors.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with experts across WSP UK and Ireland to design and build prototype AI solutions for real-world challenges.
•Transition successful AI prototypes into full-scale deployments to transform how WSP operates.
•Work within the Data & Decision Science function and Transformation and Digital Insights team to deliver bespoke AI solutions to internal stakeholders.
•Partner with consultancy teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities to leverage AI for transformation.
•Work with clients across WSP’s market sectors to put AI ideas into everyday use through digital transformation.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience designing and developing AI solutions, preferably in cloud environments such as Azure.
•Experience with Azure AI technologies such as Azure AI Foundry.
•Experience working with LLMs and agentic AI on real-world problems.
•Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and natural language processing techniques.
•Experience deploying AI models into production environments.
