Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with experts across WSP UK and Ireland to design and build prototype AI solutions for real-world challenges.
  • •Transition successful AI prototypes into full-scale deployments to transform how WSP operates.
  • •Work within the Data & Decision Science function and Transformation and Digital Insights team to deliver bespoke AI solutions to internal stakeholders.
  • •Partner with consultancy teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities to leverage AI for transformation.
  • •Work with clients across WSP’s market sectors to put AI ideas into everyday use through digital transformation.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience designing and developing AI solutions, preferably in cloud environments such as Azure.
  • •Experience with Azure AI technologies such as Azure AI Foundry.
  • •Experience working with LLMs and agentic AI on real-world problems.
  • •Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and natural language processing techniques.
  • •Experience deploying AI models into production environments.
