Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee occupational health activities/assessments across Bupa Arabia, Bupa care connect, and associated centers.
  • •Identify occupational health risks and develop, implement, and standardize prevention strategies, surveillance, exposure monitoring, and preventive initiatives.
  • •Design and standardize pre-employment, periodic, and fitness-for-duty medical assessments; review complex/borderline fitness-for-work cases and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • •Provide clinical supervision and oversight to Corporate Health Center health providers, including guidance, case discussions, escalation, and readiness/coverage/emergency preparedness support.
  • •Support clinical governance, quality and compliance (MOH, CBAHI, internal frameworks), audits/incident reviews, and generate medical/occupational health reports with data analysis and client advisory.

Key Requirements

  • •4 years clinical experience in occupational medicine post-certification (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized university.
  • •Valid SCFHS license as Occupational Medicine – Registrar.
  • •Strong knowledge of occupational medicine principles and workplace health risks.
  • •Ability to supervise and support multidisciplinary clinical teams with excellent clinical judgment.
  • •Fluent Arabic and English; strong reporting, documentation, confidentiality, and governance standards.
