Specialist - Claims Payment (direct health claim)

Manage end-to-end direct health claim processing, from registering and verifying documentation to assessing policy coverage and approving claim payments within delegated authority. Ensure accurate, compliant processing and maintain high customer service standards throughout the claims journey. Coordinate with internal teams and external providers, update claim records in the Claims Management System, communicate status to customers/providers, and support quality assurance and continuous improvement.
