Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a member of program teams to ensure successful performance and delivery of conforming products/services while complying with processes and procedures.
  • •Act as a program quality liaison with customer organizations and relevant factories/labs to respond to quality issues.
  • •Collaborate with program management to define and implement quality improvement strategies and develop/monitor quality metrics.
  • •Lead and perform root cause analysis (RCA), facilitate corrective actions, and implement closed-loop process controls.
  • •Oversee quality control plan efforts (including First Article Inspections) and support change control and board processes such as Material Review Board, Change Control Board, and Risk Review Board.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in STEM and at least two (2) years of relevant experience.
  • •Working experience with quality management systems including ISO 9001, AS9100 and/or AS9102.
  • •Experience leading teams in failure analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective/preventative actions.
  • •Working experience interpreting technical drawings.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
