•Own the drafting, review, and negotiation of high-volume customer and vendor agreements (e.g., MSAs, WSAs, NDAs, strategic partner agreements).
•Partner with sales, support, and go-to-market teams to structure and close complex telecom/technology deals efficiently.
•Provide real-time legal guidance across internal stakeholders, owning matters from contract negotiation through dispute resolution.
•Support international contracting, regulatory efforts, and cross-border matters as the company expands globally.
•Streamline and scale contracting processes, templates, and playbooks while balancing risk mitigation with commercial enablement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 160,000 annually
