Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate risk coverage, contract details, and premium payments with international partners, customers, and brokers
  • •Act as contact and problem-solver for customers as well as brokers with questions on coverage, contract documents, and premium payments
  • •Control incoming payments and clarify collection/premium discrepancies
  • •Create local insurance policies and invoices for international insurance programs using documentation tools
  • •Ensure excellent customer service and continuously improve service processes with the team
