Key Responsibilities

  • •Transform high-level vision into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring agile team quality and scope.
  • •Work closely with delivery teams to build the right functionality in a timely manner.
  • •Analyze agile metrics and team results to communicate product roadmap progress against mission and OKRs.
  • •Generate criteria from market and industry knowledge to inform end-user needs and support customer-driven design.
  • •Create, prioritize, and refine the backlog with Neighborhood Leads to deliver the most valuable work first, while reviewing metrics and OKRs with key stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in product development, marketing, strategy, digital, and/or process/user interface design.
  • •Proven experience setting and implementing strategies using OKRs.
  • •Ability to facilitate collaboration and solve problems within Neighborhood/Town domain.
  • •Knowledge of agile approaches (e.g., XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD) plus design thinking and process reengineering/automation.
  • •Experience linking and synthesizing data and research to drive product development and digitization.
