Job Summary

Collaborate with business, technology, and analytics partners to prioritize and deliver AI platform products and services. Translate product roadmaps into detailed requirements, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs, using agile methods to drive customer-focused outcomes. Partner with delivery teams to ensure the right functionality ships on time, track progress via agile metrics/OKRs, and use market insights and analytics to iterate on usability and adoption.

•Transform high-level vision into detailed requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring agile team quality and scope.
•Work closely with delivery teams to build the right functionality in a timely manner.
•Analyze agile metrics and team results to communicate product roadmap progress against mission and OKRs.
•Generate criteria from market and industry knowledge to inform end-user needs and support customer-driven design.
•Create, prioritize, and refine the backlog with Neighborhood Leads to deliver the most valuable work first, while reviewing metrics and OKRs with key stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in product development, marketing, strategy, digital, and/or process/user interface design.
•Proven experience setting and implementing strategies using OKRs.
•Ability to facilitate collaboration and solve problems within Neighborhood/Town domain.
•Knowledge of agile approaches (e.g., XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD) plus design thinking and process reengineering/automation.
•Experience linking and synthesizing data and research to drive product development and digitization.
