Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers, assist with product selection, and convert window shoppers into buyers while following the company selling guideline (GUEST: Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
  • •Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to drive repeat sales and stay updated on the group’s brands for suggestive selling.
  • •Ensure you are well-groomed and presentable at all times, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge to minimize stock loss.
  • •Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards, including stock layout/display and compliance with VM guidelines and stock norms for clearance.
  • •Handle store operations such as inventory inward/outward recording, operate the POS/billing counter, process payments and refunds correctly, and follow security, SOP, and loss prevention policies.
