Lead and coach a team of Brand Advocates to deliver an exceptional customer experience and best-in-class service. Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through sales goal performance, merchandising standards, daily store operations, expense control, and inventory/shipping and receiving accuracy. In the Store Manager’s absence, assume full store responsibility, support hiring and onboarding, and ensure compliance with company policies while fostering an inclusive, high-performing environment.
