Key Responsibilities

  • •Build strong relationships with each client, their administrators, and other stakeholders alongside ongoing client teams.
  • •Develop client action plans and ensure timely and efficient project management of these.
  • •Use knowledge of pension practices to design and implement efficient processes including taking ownership to improve parts of standard processes.
  • •Take ownership of data issues including advising on appropriate formatting and transfer of data between parties.
  • •Use technical knowledge to carry out client specific calculations.
