Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide case design support through phone and Teams consultations, delivering tailored solutions aligned with plan objectives and carrier strengths.
  • •Apply judgment and analysis to evaluate each case, develop recommendations, and clearly communicate conclusions to clients and advisors.
  • •Evaluate insurability by aligning proposed insureds with carriers and products that best support client objectives, and develop alternative illustrations as needed.
  • •Document interactions in the CRM system, complete timely follow-ups, and identify new opportunities for revenue.
  • •Serve as an internal sales resource within key accounts, connect with top advisors, and participate in carrier meetings, conference calls, and webinars.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 55,000 - 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or professional training preferred.
  • •Thorough knowledge of life insurance products, planning techniques, and illustration platforms.
  • •Experience providing sales desk support to agents in a BGA or home office environment.
  • •Strong life insurance knowledge, preferably gained in a Case Design role or brokerage agency setting.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Winflex Web, Ensight, and Salesforce preferred; Life & Health License preferred or able to obtain within 90 days of hire.
