Job Summary

Provide life insurance case design support to financial professionals by applying product knowledge to develop quotes, create illustrations, and assess client needs. Conduct fact-finding, evaluate insurability with carriers and products, and document interactions in the CRM while completing timely follow-ups. Serve as an internal sales resource within key accounts, make proactive outreach calls, collaborate with advisors and the Case Design Team, and stay current via carrier meetings, calls, and webinars.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide case design support through phone and Teams consultations, delivering tailored solutions aligned with plan objectives and carrier strengths.
•Apply judgment and analysis to evaluate each case, develop recommendations, and clearly communicate conclusions to clients and advisors.
•Evaluate insurability by aligning proposed insureds with carriers and products that best support client objectives, and develop alternative illustrations as needed.
•Document interactions in the CRM system, complete timely follow-ups, and identify new opportunities for revenue.
•Serve as an internal sales resource within key accounts, connect with top advisors, and participate in carrier meetings, conference calls, and webinars.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 55,000 - 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or professional training preferred.
•Thorough knowledge of life insurance products, planning techniques, and illustration platforms.
•Experience providing sales desk support to agents in a BGA or home office environment.
•Strong life insurance knowledge, preferably gained in a Case Design role or brokerage agency setting.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Winflex Web, Ensight, and Salesforce preferred; Life & Health License preferred or able to obtain within 90 days of hire.
