Key Responsibilities

  • •Technically lead and direct overall planning and implementation to ensure readiness and conduction of Eurodrone Phase 1C activities across contributing organizations.
  • •Secure flight test readiness of involved test centres in Germany, Italy, and Spain, including training, logistics, airworthiness, operations, resources, processes, and FTI updates.
  • •Lead maintenance, preparation, future support, and installation/maintenance of the strategic fleet program, including maintenance and RPAS updates and associated technical documentations for future options.
  • •Act as technical customer interface for GFx management and loan requests; prioritize and steer equipment, GSTE, and FTI spares distribution, repair management, and export license availability coordination.
  • •Provide technical focal point responsibility for major asset activity reporting, execute cross-program conflict management, chair BT/GT/FT functional reviews, and guide Eurodrone chief engineering and program senior management.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree in aeronautical engineering, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •Minimum 8–10 years of experience in flight test management of multinational programs, preferably in multinational test center environments.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in aerospace test and verification with a strong focus on RPAS/UAS or complex aircraft systems.
  • •Proven experience leading and managing technical teams in a demanding aerospace environment.
  • •Proficiency in German and fluency in English is required.
