Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare management reports and KPIs, including Retail daily/weekly reporting for top management.
  • •Monitor Retail profitability by channel and seasonality, and analyze variances vs budget/forecast.
  • •Support budgets, reforecasts, and 3-year planning across involved teams, including monthly and quarterly closings with commentary.
  • •Coordinate global tracking of new openings and closures with regional teams and the HQ Real Estate department.
  • •Monitor Retail capex spending vs investment budgets and support earnings release analysis requested by the Holding.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 34,000 - 37,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred).
  • •3–5 years’ experience as a business controller, consulting, or audit.
  • •Experience working with FP&A, profitability analysis, and budget/forecast processes.
  • •Fluent English.
  • •Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), plus experience with planning tools (Hyperion/Tagetik) and BI tools (OBIEE/Power BI) is a plus.
