Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support the barback team during event operations in a high-volume concert venue.
  • •Train, mentor, and support new barback staff while promoting venue standards and expectations.
  • •Assist the F&B Manager with month-end inventory requirements, including coordinating physical inventory counts and documentation.
  • •Delegate tasks and provide direction to barback staff to maintain efficient and organized bar operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be Smart Serve Certified and at least 19 years of age.
  • •2 years minimum experience as a barback or similar role in a high-volume environment.
  • •Knowledge of various spirits, beers, and wines.
  • •Must be able to stand during scheduled shifts and handle repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods.
  • •Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
