Behavior Technician (BT/RBT)

Provide 1:1 play-based ABA support to neurodivergent children in homes and community settings, while following individualized treatment plans created by the BCBA team. You’ll collect behavioral data, communicate progress with families and supervisors, and build genuine relationships that support meaningful skill growth. Part-time afternoon/evening hours are available across Charlotte, Eaton Rapids, and Grand Ledge, with paid training and BCBA supervision toward RBT certification.
