Lead talent acquisition for high-volume hiring, identifying and recruiting best-fit personnel and supporting a smooth candidate and new-hire experience. Build relationships with team members, resolve recruiting issues, and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency. Oversee appropriate documentation and ensure adherence to policies. Provide strategic input on sourcing channels and act as a primary source for staffing and recruitment strategy guidance.

•Identify and recruit best-fit personnel to help drive team and company growth.
•Support recruiting and hiring efforts to ensure a positive, smooth experience for candidates and/or new hires.
•Establish and maintain communication with team members, understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
•Make recommendations to enhance recruiting processes and improve ease and efficiency.
•Support, create, and oversee proper documentation of processes and/or employees to ensure adherence to policies and guidelines.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
•3 years of BPO recruitment experience (volume recruitment); consider candidates without BPO experience if they have relevant volume recruitment experience.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional approach.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives.
•Proficiency to work in MS Office.
