Act as a talent market intelligence and trusted advisor—mapping talent, benchmarking compensation and competitor activity, and attracting high-caliber technology professionals across multiple US hubs.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead talent acquisition for the US R&D center across multiple technology organizations, including low-latency and exchange infrastructure teams.
•Develop proactive talent attraction strategies and build long-term pipelines across key US technology hubs.
•Partner with global technology leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce plans and critical hiring priorities.
•Provide ongoing talent market intelligence (trends, compensation benchmarks, competitor activity) and conduct talent mapping.
•Lead executive and niche searches, managing multiple strategic searches while improving hiring effectiveness and candidate experience.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•6+ years of recruitment experience in-house talent acquisition or a recruitment/search firm.
•Proven experience recruiting technology talent (Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Product, Blockchain, Trading Technology).
•Strong understanding of the US technology talent market and key talent ecosystems.
•Fluent in English and Mandarin with excellent verbal and written communication skills for global stakeholder management.
