Key Responsibilities

•Manage sales inquiries to maximise occupancy and bookings across care home, assisted living, independent living, and Richmond Retreats.
•Attend sales meetings with the Sales and Marketing team or Village Manager and participate in planning sessions.
•Host client visits and follow up calls, identifying key referral groups and strengthening community ties.
•Support development of the marketing strategy to support the sales function and local brand presence.
•Ensure high standards of resident and relative courtesy and maintain accurate sales reports and budgetary controls.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 12,000 annually
