Line Cook - Koko's Restaurant

Set up and prepare food items for a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen using standardized recipes and presentation standards. Coordinate prep with other kitchen staff, maintain portion size/weight accuracy, and keep the work area, grill, ovens, stoves, and floors clean and hazard-free. Rotate and manage food bins (up to 50 lbs), support opening/closing duties, and follow sanitation and safety compliance while assisting teammates as needed.
